    Female, 28-35 years old with pleasing personality
    Graduate of Psychology, Management or related courses
    Minimum 3 years experience in HR and Office Admin work
    Good working experience in recruitment, hiring, training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits administration
    Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
    Computer literate

    Female, between 23-35 years old;
    Graduate of Education, Psychology or any 4-year course with teaching units or has equivalent experience;
    At least two years experience in development and conducting of training programs and preparation of modules;
    Computer literate especially with PowerPoint presentation;
    Proficient in English, oral and written communication
    People-oriented, flexible and able to communicate and relate well with all levels within and outside of the organization;

    Responsible for organizing, planning and defining the organizational/project structure of the identified key strategic initiatives within the Client Operations. Directly interfaces with the functional organizations associated with identified initiatives and project tasks. Directs and controls all work performed within the framework of the set project management discipline/methodology and has the authority for project/work breakdown structure element's task assignment and master project schedule(s). Responsible for daily communications and formal project reviews with key project stakeholders from the company and the Client. Contribute to establishing a project/program capability and culture within Operations.

    Develops and implements HRD Plans and Programs in all HR areas such as Recruitment, Training, Compensaion Management, Employee/Labor Relations and Organizational Development
    Supervises the over-all HR functions on recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations.
    Ensures full implementation of personnel policies and procedures.

    Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
    Maintain and monitor supplies
    Coordinate with Corporate Office regarding maintenance of facilities and repairs of assets
    Submit reports on time
    Coordinate and monitor building security
    Perform other Admin tasks as assigned

    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    * Required skill(s): purchasing and logistics, benefits administration, manage payroll vendor, people management.
    * Required language(s): English
    * At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    * Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
    * Full-Time position available.

    Coordinates with the respective personnel to accomplish the following:
    Ensures all incoming and outgoing documents reached the recipient through systematic recording and distribution in coordination with the Office Receptionist.
    Ensures prompt delivery and payment of utility bills to avoid penalties and/or disconnection in coordination with the Office Receptionist.
    Ensures efficient visitor control through well organized recording and monitoring for security purposes in coordination with the Office Receptionist and the Security Guards.

    Graduate of Mass Communications, Broadcasting or Journalism
    Adept in writing news, features, AVP scripts and correspondences
    Knowledgeable in publication software/ applications (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Powerpoint)
    Preferably with experience in publications
