Responsibilities:

Admin and Product Support
Follow documented procedures to fulfill service requests
Manage and execute service requests appropriately within a defined scope and timeframe
Escalate service or documentation issues to Tool Team Manager
Tool Administration
Support upgrades and patches
Troubleshooting
Disaster Recovery
Computer Operations
Monitor batch schedules for Investment Systems Control
Respond to batch exceptions
Escalate unresolved batch issues in timely fashion
Perform resolution/ recovery steps based on documentation or as directed by Level 2 support
Contact third party service providers or external application support as required to resolve input file issues
Perform daily status reporting and weekly issue reporting

Requirements:

Admin and Product Support

College Graduate (IT-related preferred)
Technical experience in software development environment
Solid understanding of UNIX (Solaris/AIX) and windows environment
Solid experience with RDBMS (Oracle/Sybase/DB2/SQL Server) SQL
Computer Operations
College Graduate (IT-related preferred)
Srong technical understanding of systems operations, processes adn methodologies
Knowledge of UNIX and Windows batch processing
Experience in transmission protocol
Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management principles and processes
Ability to code SQL and UNIX scripting is an asset
Strong Customer Service Skills
Strong English Communication Skills - oral and written
Strong organization skills with emphasis on details and follow-up
Task focused
Solid decision-making and problem solving skills
Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision

Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
Applicants must be willing to work on the night shift.
