Responsibilities:

  • Answer all inquiries an complaints about products and services;
  • Explain process and procedures, exuding politeness and using gentle persuasion to promote customer loyalty and goodwill;
  • Process all price-and-billing-related inquiries or complaints promptly;
  • Process and coordinate technical-related inquiries and complaints to concerned departments and monitor progress until resolution
  • Monitor and follow-up complaints that are unresolved within the set deadlines;
  • Assist in addressing various service related customer requests and inquiries;
  • Provide the necessary feedback and other needed information to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Supervise staff to ensure that proper telephone etiquette and customer service is observed.

Requirements:

  • Female, not more than 30 yrs. of age.
  • Preferably a graduate of Pharmacy or any 4 yr. business/medical related courses.
  • With excellent communication skills, can deal with different types of people.
  • With pleasing personality and can work well under pressure.
  • With at least 3 yrs. related working experience in a pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Effective customer relations skills such as problem solving, complaint handling and call handling.
  • Team player, highly motivated, dependable and reliable.
